1. Acceptance of Agreement
You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") with respect to our site (the "Site"). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products, or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement.
2. Pricing
Our policy assures you of economic pricing, along with the convenience of making reservations online. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are charged on a per-person basis and do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, drinks or food, accommodation, room services, and laundry. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstances, such as an increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.
2.1 Inclusions and Exclusions
- Inclusions: Prices generally include accommodation, transport, and the services of a tour guide where mentioned. Additional inclusions such as meals, entrance fees to attractions, and activities will be specified in the individual tour package descriptions.
- Exclusions: Prices do not cover personal expenses, optional activities, gratuities, travel insurance, visa fees, and any other expenses not mentioned in the tour package.
3. Methods of Payment
We accept almost all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, and Diners. Full payment must be made by credit card, and guests are required to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. This will be shown as a charge on your statement.
3.1 Payment Terms
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of the tour. The specific due date for the final payment will be provided at the time of booking.
4. Confirmation of Payment
Once the payment is completed, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by e-mail. Its print can be produced as evidence of payment to the service provider to redeem your tour package. Ensure that you provide correct information regarding your travel requirements at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation & No Show Policy
5.1 Cancellation
- Tour Activity/Attraction/Hotel: Each has its own cancellation policies. Before booking any activity with PARTH HOLIDAYS PVT LTD, clients must read the cancellation policy of that particular tour.
- Combo Tours: Can be canceled, but if any single tour in the combo is canceled, the combo offer will not be valid. In this case, Parth Holidays Pvt Ltd will consider the individual tour price of the non-canceled tour and refund the remaining amount.
- Tourist Visa Fees: Non-refundable once payment is made on the Parth Holidays Pvt Ltd website.
- Availability of Combo Options: When booking a combo, ensure that all combo tour options are available. If not, you can only enjoy the tours and services that you have seen in the options.
5.2 No Show
- If you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or full can be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car-rental, or chauffeur-driven services. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel-related services.
6. Cancellation Procedures
Before making a cancellation, we recommend you carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package. For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, ensure that you notify Parth Holidays Pvt Ltd in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will inform you through e-mail, fax, or telephone regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid. Parth Holidays Pvt Ltd cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.
7. Itinerary Amendments
Routings and services covered in your package are subject to change based on local/weather conditions, airway schedules, and other factors. Should this transpire, we can provide suitable options of similar value, depending on availability. We announce changes in the itinerary, if any, before departure. Parth Holidays Pvt Ltd reserves the right to implement minor amendments in the itinerary at any time without reimbursement. No reimbursement can be done in the event of force majeure, such as floods and earthquakes.
8. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in – Check-out Policy
If we cannot find accommodation in your preferred hotel, we will undertake all efforts to provide you with a suitable alternative of similar budget and standard. The check-in/check-out policy largely depends on the hotel that you have chosen. Parth Holidays Pvt Ltd cannot be held responsible for any early or late check-in and check-out requests not adhered to by the hotel due to their busy schedule.
9. Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure that they carry documents relevant for a particular tour, including a passport or a valid ID card. This is especially important for guests coming from a different country. No refund can be made in the event of loss or lack of these relevant documents. Similarly, passengers, irrespective of their nationality, are advised to check with their respective country’s consulate here to gain information on entry requisites before they plan to visit here. It is equally vital to inquire with your consulate regarding the current visa and health requirements, as they are subject to change without prior notice.
10. Travel Insurance
Parth Holidays strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance should cover personal accidents, medical expenses, loss or damage of personal property, and trip cancellation/interruption.
11. Health and Safety
Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements for their travel, including vaccinations and health checks. Guests should be aware of any travel advisories issued by their respective government and take necessary precautions.
12. Website Usage Restrictions
All content on this website, including logos, images, information on tour packages, pricing details, and other relevant details, are proprietary to Parth Holidays Pvt Ltd. As a condition of this website’s usage, you agree not to exploit this website or its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate purposes.
12.1 Prohibited Activities
- Unauthorized access to our website, servers, or any connected databases.
- Engaging in activities that violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Sending unsolicited promotional or advertising content, or engaging in any form of spam.
- Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or any other harmful or disruptive software.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
13. Delivery & Shipping Policy
Parth Holidays Pvt Ltd will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of India.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Governing Law Clause: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Punjab – Jalandhar jurisdiction only.
- Jurisdiction Clause: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jalandhar, Punjab.
15. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Parth Holidays reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
